Preparation and storage
Recipes

First mix 30 dekas of soft baking margarine, then 30 dekas of powdered sugar until foamy . Add 4 egg yolks one at a time, then knead with 50 dekas of fine flour, grated lemon peel and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture into a plain or star-shaped piping bag, then press small hemispheres out of it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Fry on medium heat for 6-7 minutes. When it has cooled down, we stick two by two on raspberry jam, and finally we drip melted chocolate over it.

Storage
It retains its quality in unopened packaging until the date indicated on the plate.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
