1. 🚚 Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the entire United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse.
2. 📦 How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on parcel weight. We also offer free shipping on select items and run regular promotions. Visit our Delivery Information page for full details.
3. 🕒 When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or courier. You’ll receive tracking details by email once dispatched.
Please note: Deliveries to the Channel Islands and other non–UK mainland islands may take longer, primarily due to weather-related disruptions and logistical constraints. During festive periods—especially Christmas and bank holidays—delivery times may also be extended.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your orders early for Christmas, Easter, and other busy periods. Seasonal demand and courier delays can impact delivery times.
4. 🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK only. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us — we’re happy to explore options.
5. 🔎 Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel directly with Royal Mail or the courier.
6. 📸 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Send a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
7. ↩️ Can I return items?
Yes — unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for details. Please note: perishable or short-dated items are non-refundable.
8. 📅 Do you sell past best-before-date products?
Yes. To help reduce food waste, we offer select items past their best-before date at a discount. These are safe to consume and full of flavour. They are clearly marked on the product page.

Our items are sourced from trusted suppliers in Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and Germany — offering you authentic tastes from across Central and Eastern Europe.

Absolutely! We offer bulk discounts for businesses and large households. Reach out via our Contact Us form or WhatsApp to discuss your needs.
11. 🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Not at this time. We're focused on getting your order to you quickly and safely — but we're always looking to improve, so stay tuned!
12. 🛒 Do you have a physical store?
No — we are an online-only shop, allowing us to offer the best possible selection and value for customers across the UK.
13. ♻️ Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We use recyclable packaging wherever possible. Please follow your local recycling guidelines to dispose of packaging responsibly.
14. 🗣️ What language is on the product packaging?
Most products arrive in original packaging, which may be in Hungarian, Slovak, Romanian, or German. Every product page includes a full English description. Contact us if you're unsure about an item.

Yes — verified customer reviews are visible on many product pages and across different platforms about our service. We value your feedback and constantly aim to improve based on your experience.
