Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error in your order.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Frozen or chilled items

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
