Shipping policy

We ship to every part of the United Kingdom—including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight. If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on parcel weight.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or courier. You’ll receive tracking details by email once dispatched. Orders placed before midnight are eligible for next working day despatch.

Please note: Deliveries to the Channel Islands and other non–UK mainland islands may take longer, primarily due to weather-related disruptions and logistical constraints. During festive periods—especially Christmas and bank holidays , delivery times may also be extended at all areas of the UK.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your orders early for Christmas, Easter, and other busy periods. Seasonal demand and courier delays can impact delivery times.

How We Calculate Delivery Weight

To ensure accurate delivery charges, the total delivery weight is calculated based on the entire weight of your parcel. This includes:

The net weight of each product

The packaging of each individual item (e.g., flour bags, jars, bottles)

The outer packaging of the whole order (boxes, protective materials, ice-packs, labels)

Because of this, the delivery weight may be higher than the combined net product weight shown on the listings.

This method ensures that shipping costs are calculated fairly and reflect the actual weight processed by our courier partners.
