Crumble

20 deka of cold baking margarine with coconut with 30 deka of fine flour, knead with 2 egg yolks, grated lemon peel and 10 deka of powdered sugar. Flatten it to 35 x 20 cm in a greased baking tray. Prick it and pre-bake it for 12 minutes on medium heat. Heat up 250g of apricot jam while stirring, spread it on the cooled dough, sprinkle 50g of raisins on top. Mix 10 egg whites (no need to beat!) with 300g of granulated sugar and 10 dekas of grated coconut and bring to a boil, then sprinkle 5 dekas of flour. Smooth over the jam and bake for another 20 minutes.

Storage
It retains its quality in unopened packaging until the date indicated on the plate.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
