Preparation & Use:

Heartburn, bloating, nausea: 1–2 dl as needed

Stomach ulcers/gastritis: 1 dl an hour before meals, twice daily in sips

Chronic gastritis: 2 dl diluted with warm water or milk daily

Hives: 1–2 dl daily as a regimen
?? External Use:

Apply directly to mosquito or insect bites
?? Inhalation Use:

With ultrasonic nebuliser or as sauna water

Recommended for asthma, bronchitis, hoarseness, and respiratory tract catarrh

Recommended Drinking Regimen:
? 1 dl before main meals (3 dl/day)

? Not recommended for continuous long-term drinking
