Ingredients:
50 dkg flour, 1.5 dl honey, 1 whole egg, 5 dkg margarine, 13 dkg powdered sugar, 1.5 teaspoons baking soda, 1 packet Gingerbread seasoning mixture
Preparation: Mix
the melted honey and margarine with egg and spice mixture. The flour is mixed with the baking soda and then added little by little to the honey mixture. The finished dough is left to stand for 5-6 hours, then stretched to half an inch thick and cut into the desired shape. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake until golden brown.
Tip:
Place the finished cakes in a lockable container and place a half-cut apple next to it so that the cake softens back.
