15g Sodium-Benzoate E211 for pickles and jams.

Directions for use:
The content of a sachet is enough for 7.5L of liquid. Dissolve the preservative in hot water before adding it to the liquid, then pour the solution into the cooled preservative liquid. If you do not use the entire amount at once, we recommend the following method of consumption: Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 0.5L of hot water. The remaining solution can be stored for weeks and used at a later time. If sodium benzoate is used, the use of other preservatives is not recommended.
