Fried potatoes

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes, oil, 2 tablespoons of Lucullus Fries salt

Preparation:
Clean the potatoes, wash them, then cut them into thin slices. Spread on a clean tea towel, soak up the moisture, then fry in hot oil until golden.
Take it out on a paper towel with a strainer, drain the excess fat and sprinkle it with seasoning salt while it is still hot.

Preparation and use
Suggested use:
Sprinkle the ready-baked potatoes with seasoning salt to taste. (It does not require separate salting.)
