Preparation and storage

Kentucky chicken wings with hot tomato sauce for 2 people:
500 g chicken wings, 2 EK olive oil, 1 EK Kotányi Kentucky chicken wings spice mix, 125 ml tomato juice, 1 EK hot ketchup, salt, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp rosemary Preparation: The Kentucky chicken wings mix the spice mixture with the oil and coat the chicken wings with it.
Marinate for 20 minutes.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 35 minutes until crispy.
Mix the remaining ingredients for the sauce and season to taste.
