Preparation and storage

Recommended ingredients:
50 dkg beef
3 tbsp. oil (42 g)
1 tsp. mustard (3 g)
5 dl water
2 tbsp. semi-fat sour cream (70 g)
Preparation suggestion:
1. Fry the chopped beef in oil and steam it.
2. After the juice has boiled, add the contents of the pouch, mustard and water.
3. Simmer over slow-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender. If necessary, we can replace the water. You can also flavor it with lemon juice if you like. Stir in the sour cream before serving.

Storage
