Features
Finely chopped white gelatin is a product of animal origin, with various ways of use, which serves as a hardener for jellies, aspic, cake creams.
By heating followed by cooling, the gelatin binds to water, forming a consistent elastic gel.
One sachet of gelatin is enough for 500 ml of liquid.

Preparation and use
1. Boiling destroys the gelatin.
2. We recommend increasing the amount of gelatin when using many sour fruits or using them in combination with less sour fruits.
3. Raw fruits such as pineapple, papaya, kiwi or figs should be scalded before being used in jellies.
