Tips:
• To check the consistency of the jam, it is a good idea to put one or two tablespoons of the still hot jam on a plate and let it cool for a few minutes. If you want a more solid jam, mix 5 g of Dr. Oetker Citric Acid with the hot jam and immediately pour into jars.
• Frozen fruit can be used instead of fresh. After thawing and draining, weigh out the required amount.
• Store the finished jam in a cool, dry place and store the opened bottle in the refrigerator.

Dosage:
1500 g of fruit (prepared), 1 sachet of icing sugar 4: 1.

Preparation:
1. To make jam, chop the cleaned, weighed fruit as needed, then mash the whole thing. To make the jam, chop half of the cleaned, weighed fruit and mash the other half.
2. Pour the prepared fruit and cane sugar into a cooking pot and bring to a boil over high heat with constant stirring. After boiling, allow the jam or jam to simmer for an additional 3 minutes, then remove from the heat. If necessary, remove the foam from the top.
3. Immediately fill the prepared jars to the brim, close tightly and place in approx. Set on top for 5 minutes.
