1. To make jam, cut the cleaned, measured fruit into pieces as needed, then mash the whole thing.
To make jam, cut half of the cleaned, measured fruit into small pieces, and mash the other half.
2. Pour the prepared fruit into a cooking pot. Mix the jamfix with the measured sugar (or with a sweetener or other sugar substitute corresponding to the amount of sugar) and add it to the fruit, then bring it to a boil over high heat while constantly stirring. After boiling, leave the jam or jam to boil for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from the heat. If necessary, the foam is removed from the top.
3. Immediately fill the prepared jars to the brim, seal well and leave approx. We set it upside down for 5 minutes.
Tip:
• If you are planting peaches, use two bags of Dzemfix in addition to the specified amount of fruit and sugar.
• You can also use frozen fruit instead of fresh. After thawing and draining, measure the required amount.
